BREAD & BETTER® is a group coaching offer by double human / Sonja Kirschner (the Coach) that combines bread baking with a self-made sourdough starter and coaching in a virtual setting via Zoom (terms & conditions apply).
As a participant of BREAD & BETTER® I am aware that I am solely responsible for my actions related to the bread, starter and sourdough production as well as for any actions and results following the coaching portion of the program. I understand that BREAD & BETTER® is a coaching offer by double human LLC and that Sonja Kirschner is not a psychological therapist and that coaching is not therapy. I also understand that Sonja Kirschner is not a trained baker or nutritionist. I am free to choose and replace all ingredients in the baking process based on my personal nutritional needs, dietary restrictions, allergies or anything else. The Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided.
If any dispute arises that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, the Coach and I agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after written notice is given. If the dispute is not resolved the parties agree to participate in arbitration pursuing to the rule of the American Arbitration Association. Such arbitration will take place in New Jersey and pursuant to New Jersey law.
The Coach may be in training and continuing education pursuing and/or maintaining International Coaching Federation (ICF) and/or other credentials which sometimes requires the release of names and contact information of all participants for possible verification by the ICF. If needed only my name, contact information (email) and start and end dates of my participation will be shared with institutional staff members and/or other parties involved in this process for the sole and necessary purpose of verifying the coaching services. No personal notes will be shared. According to the ethics of the coaching profession, topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training, supervision, mentoring, evaluation, coach professional development and/or consultation purposes.
In order to have the best possible BREAD & BETTER® experience I agree to turn my video camera on during the sessions and to have my email address added to group invites as well as my mobile phone number added to a chat group (e.g. Signal or WhatsApp) of my BREAD & BETTER® peer group, i.e. other participants will be able to see my phone number and email address.
